Ho Ho Ho!
Christmas is upon us again and when Christmas comes, it also marks another year as the new year is right around the corner. For those who are celebrating the holy day of Christmas, we at The Malaysian Medical Gazette would like to wish you a very Merry Christmas and to everybody else, happy holidays.
The end of the calendar year is always busy for many, those celebrating Christmas with loved ones, or those working hard to ensure their work is done before the year end and parents who are rushing to prepare their children for the next academic year.
While the festive season calls for a good celebration and a well deserved time off for many, let’s not forget what is most important for us. Our health.
As the year pass and as we grow older, taking care of our health will be more important, especially with rising health costs. Do remember to celebrate the festive season in moderation, please do not consume alcohol and drive and if you have not decided on any New Year’s resolution, being healthy is a worthwhile start!
Again, have a merry time this Christmas and a productive New Year in 2015.
